I’m Juanita! I am a Mom of 1, Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant and founder of the proven S.L.E.E.P. Restored Method!

At Baby Sleep Goals, we specialize in helping families transition their child to independent sleep in just 2 weeks or less with our 4-step all-inclusive program!

Truth is, it’s no secret that when your baby doesn’t sleep well, you don’t either so start saying goodbye to sleepless nights, early risings, short naps and all those endless hours on Google trying to find the answer because I’m here to help you take the guesswork out of this whole “sleep thing.”

Sleep quickly became a passion of mine when I realized the impact that sleep deprivation can have on the parenting experience; and after truly experiencing first-hand in my own household what many parents go through, I wanted to help families say goodbye to their sleep challenges and support them with guiding their child to independent sleep.

I became a certified consultant through 1 of the 6 programs approved by the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants (APSC), and also became a member of the APSC so that I am always providing families with the best recommendations for safe independent sleep. In addition, I am also a member of the International Association of Child Sleep Consultants (IACSC).

It is my mission to help you restore confidence, the joy of parenthood, and freedom back into your life, and it all begins with restoring sleep back into the life of your family!

Oftentimes our biggest struggle with a baby home is finding balance, creating and sticking to routines and actually following through. We’re so exhausted that sometimes we just have no clue where to even begin, and we oftentimes give in!

I am going to share with you my baby sleep tips and recommendations that will ultimately help your family get on track to great sleep. Cheers to that, right?!

There are no secrets to baby sleep, but sleep can definitely become overwhelming for a family really quickly and can even leave you feeling isolated and lonely.

This is why I’m here. You don’t have to be overwhelmed and exhausted anymore! You are not alone.

I love being a gift giver especially when it’s not planned. It’s nice to make someone else’s day from time to time.

I love a good rainy day! It’s the perfect time to slow down, snuggle in a blanket, and find a good movie to watch.

My daughter and the rest of my family are the brightest things in my life! So grateful for the family the Lord has blessed me with!
