Sweet Sleep VIP
Sweet Sleep VIP is our 1:1 package for children 4 months to 5 years. This option will help your child achieve better stretches of sleep at night, and longer naps during the day that are 1-2 hours in just 2 weeks or less. You don’t have to go through sleep teaching alone! This option will transform your child’s day and night sleep with one-on-one guidance and support every step of the way as we work together to reach your family’s sleep goals.
Parents often see improvement in just a few days with this option.
The Peaceful Sleep Parent Club
The Peaceful Sleep Parent Club is our group coaching option available to children from birth to age 5. The Peaceful Sleep Parent Club is our group coaching option that will provide your family with the education, tools and support needed to help your child get on track to great sleep habits.
With this option, you will have community support, weekly group coaching/Q&A sessions, and a private coaching call guiding you towards obtaining and maintaining sleep success for your child.
2 Weeks To Sweet Dreams
We currently offer an Infant online course for babies 4-12 months in our 2 Weeks to Sweet Dreams Program that is video-based and contains easy-to-follow modules that you’re able to complete at your own pace. This class is designed to help your family:
- Discover why your child is struggling with sleep;
- Set healthy sleep foundations;
- Troubleshoot middle of the night wakings, early risings and short naps;
- Create a daily schedule that works;
- Create bedtime and naptime routines;
- Teach your little one independent sleep;
- Learn what to do when your child protests bedtime and everything in between!
If your child is already sleeping well, but you have general questions in one or more areas of sleep, scheduling a consultation would be helpful to you. It could be early-risings in the morning, sleep regressions, concerns with short naps, transitioning to a toddler bed, nightmares, or other life changes. A consultation will provide you with the opportunity to ask questions about any current sleep challenges that you’re experiencing so we can get your child back on track to healthy sleep.
Our sleep guides are great for parents who could use some help troubleshooting their child’s sleep and are comfortable implementing these practices on their own. The guides vary from tips on regressions, to properly laying the foundations, to troubleshooting early morning risings, and you’re even able to request a custom schedule be made for your child (or get a “bundle” for email support)!
