  • Your family is committed to improving your child’s sleep, and what you need most is the right tools and direction, but you do not require one-on-one support.
  • You’d appreciate community support from families that are going through the same process as you’re both working towards better sleep.
  • Your child is experiencing challenges with multiple nightwakings, early risings, short naps, no naps, transitioning to a toddler bed, nightmares, or something similar.
  • You’re concerned about sleep regressions and want to guide your little one through the regression and maintain healthy sleep habits.
  • You find yourself having sleep questions that would be helpful to have answered by a sleep consultant so you can avoid the slew of conflicting suggestions from Google.

What Other Families Have To Say About Us?

REVIEWS
from rested families

Connecting with Juanita was one of the biggest blessings in 2021. She is kind, down to earth, relatable and most importantly, compassionate. Her advice has helped cure my little ones early morning wakings and I’m forever grateful.

I was desperate for more sleep and Juanita just told me what to do so I didn’t have to try to figure it out on my own.  I can see the passion she has for helping babies and mamas get better sleep.

I didn’t think my son was capable of sleeping through the night and I thought I’d be waking up several times throughout the night the rest of my life. I’m happy I found Baby Sleep Goals. We are all getting much better rest and I have more energy than I’ve had in a long time.

Finding Baby Sleep Goals was a dream. I needed help getting my baby to nap better. I spent hours and hours reading and researching what to do. I read several books on how to fix our sleep issues yet nothing worked. Once I had Juanita to answer my questions in real time, everything seemed to fall into place. Now we are more rested and life is simply better.

Frequently Asked Questions

One thing that I’ve noticed for many families is that sleep training can feel a little isolating, so this group coaching option allows for community support so families can work support each other through their sleep teaching journey.

Having 1-on-1 support for sleep teaching help, can also come along with a steep price tag, that can be unaffordable to some, even though they realize they need the help. This group coaching option is very valuable, but at the same time remains affordable.

Even though this is a group coaching option, you’ll still get the chance to ask your burning sleep questions and receive expert advice/suggestions every week! Why not join?!

The group coaching option supports families with children between 4-18 months.

You can begin setting healthy sleep foundations at birth. If you are an expecting parent, or you already have a newborn at home, The Peaceful Sleep Parent Club would be great to help you get started on the right track with setting solid sleep foundations and will continue to support you as your child grows.

It’s important to know that typically children are not ready for longer periods of sleep until they are older, and are developmentally and physically ready. We don’t focus on formal sleep training options until a child is at least 4 months old.

Since there are quite a bit of safety concerns to take into consideration with co-sleeping, I do not work with co-sleeping families. However, if you have a safe space for your baby to sleep but share the room with your baby, I can still help you reach your sleep goals.

We can definitely work together to help you with your transition from co-sleeping, and get your baby sleeping better in their own independent sleep space.
